Influencer Approve

Audience tags: KAM, Admin, Super Admin

Use this flow when a submitted influencer profile needs approval before it can be used in standard site, customer, or order flows.

Flow

1. Open the CRM influencer approval page.
2. Select a Pending influencer.
3. Review the submitted profile in the detail modal.
4. Validate required fields including name, phone, type, state, city, and Mistry name when the type is Mistry.
5. Check phone uniqueness.
6. Edit incorrect details if the approver has verified the correction.
7. Review the regenerated business ID if phone, city, name, or type changed.
8. Click Save & Approve when the record is valid.
9. Reject the profile if it should not be approved.
10. Confirm that approved influencers move out of Pending and into history or approved views.

Expected Outcome

The influencer is either approved for use in Chiraag or rejected. Approved records grant view access to the creator through influencer access assignment.
