Dispatch Flow

Use this flow when loaded goods need to be dispatched from the warehouse.

Flow

1. Open Orders > Warehouse.
2. Filter to Loading or Partially fulfilled.
3. Select the order to dispatch.
4. Click Dispatch.
5. Upload or attach the dispatch challan.
6. Enter dispatch quantities for each Kamdhenu or secondary product line.
7. Confirm that no dispatch quantity exceeds the pending quantity.
8. Submit the dispatch.
9. Confirm that the dispatched shipment moves to Out for Delivery or the order moves to Partially fulfilled when quantity remains pending.
