Partial Fulfill Flow

Audience tags: KAM, Accounts, Admin, Super Admin

Use this flow when only part of an approved order can be dispatched or fulfilled.

Flow

1. Open Orders > Warehouse.
2. Open an order in Loading or Partially fulfilled.
3. Review ordered, shipped, and pending quantities for every line.
4. Click Dispatch.
5. Enter only the quantity that can be dispatched now.
6. Upload the dispatch challan.
7. Submit the dispatch.
8. Confirm that remaining quantity is still shown as pending.
9. Confirm that the order stage stays or moves to Partially fulfilled until the remaining quantity is dispatched and completed.
