Logistics Shortcircuit

Use this flow only for legacy or exception cases where an approved order must be marked fulfilled without completing the normal warehouse process.

Flow

1. Open Orders > Order Approval.
2. Open the Approved tab.
3. Open the approved order.
4. Select the Mark as Fulfilled action.
5. Read the warning that this is intended for old or exceptional orders.
6. Confirm only when collections need to be initiated without normal warehouse fulfillment.
7. Record a clear reason or supporting remarks where prompted.
8. Confirm the shortcircuit action.
9. Verify that the order warehouse stage becomes Fulfilled.

Expected Outcome

The approved order is moved to a fulfilled warehouse state using the shortcircuit logic so downstream collection workflows can proceed.
